A graduate in Management at the University of Business in Wrocław, as well as in Tourism and Recreation Organization. He has been active in the interactive industry for 19 years and involved in the hotel and tourism sector for 14 years. He has worked for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., and Thomas Cook AG. For 6 years, he served as the Sales Department Director at Profitroom, where he built the sales department from the ground up, and later, as Key Account Director, he ensured the optimal selection of tools for hotels and provided them with the highest quality of service. He has visited over 950 hotel properties.
Currently, he is the founder of Hotel Marketing Group, a company specializing in consulting, training, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and online reputation management. Since 2018, he has also been a postgraduate lecturer at the Academy of Hotel Management and Catering Industry in Poznań and a trainer at the Cracow School of Restaurateurs (KSR). Since 2019, he has been a trainer at the West Pomeranian Tourism Development Agency (ZART), and since 2021, a lecturer at Warsaw Management University. As a coach and trainer, he has delivered over 250 training sessions for nearly 3,000 participants in the last 5 years.

He began his career in the meetings industry in 2008, working in MICE agencies on the organization of conferences and incentive events both in Poland and abroad. He was one of the first in Poland to implement the BS 8901 sustainable events standard in his projects.
From 2010, at the Warsaw Convention Bureau, he was responsible for planning and executing marketing activities for Warsaw as a meeting destination, managing contacts with foreign clients, overseeing local MICE market research, and cooperating with the academic community in Warsaw. Between 2015 and 2018, he served as the Director of the Warsaw CvB department at the Warsaw Tourism Organization (WOT). In June 2018, he became the Vice President of WOT, and in November 2024, he was appointed President of the Management Board of the organization.
From 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the inaugural Management Board of SITE Poland. He has been recognized three times (2019, 2024, 2025) as one of the "100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry," and in 2025, he was awarded the MeetingPlanner.pl Person of the Year title in the Convention Bureau / Destination Marketing Office category.

She is the founder and chief analyst of the InwestycjewKurortach.pl portal. Since 2008, she has been closely observing the development of the condo hotel and holiday apartment market in Poland, as well as short-term rentals in resorts and cities. She analyzes new projects, their business conditions, and the ambiguities prevailing in this segment within the country.
An author of numerous reports and a regular commentator in publications concerning resorts and the real estate market (including Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu, and Parkiet). She has managed, among others, the teams of the marketing, planning, and development departments, as well as a network of over a dozen international offices of the Polish Tourism Organisation.
A graduate of the University of Economics with a degree in tourism economy. She has been involved in the tourism industry from the very beginning of her professional career, initially gaining experience in a travel agency specializing in inbound tourism and the meetings industry (MICE). She also promoted Poland globally while serving as the Director of a Polish Tourism Organisation International Office.

He is an academic lecturer teaching Spa & Wellness subjects at the European School of Hotel Management, Tourism and Enterprise in Sopot and the University College of Tourism and Ecology (WSTiE) in Kraków. He has also worked as a Spa Trainer and Advisor at Gastroinvest Group.
For over 4 years, he has been associated with Hotel Crystal Mountain in Wisła, where he serves as the Spa & Wellness Director. He has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 19 years. He began his career in 2007 as a waiter at the Senator Hotel**** in Dźwirzyno. Right from the beginning of his professional path, he demonstrated great initiative – simultaneously gaining experience in marketing, which soon paved the way for a transition into sales.
The next stage of his career was the Aquarius SPA Hotel***** in Kołobrzeg, where he was promoted to MICE Sales Manager. He then joined Zdrojowa Hotels, taking on directorial roles at the chain's key properties, including the Diune Hotel***** and Marine Hotel*****. He also served as a Member of the Management Board at Zdrojowa Hotels.
In 2021, he assumed the position of Operations Director at the newly opened Hotel Crystal Mountain***** in Wisła, and two years later, he was promoted to General Manager. Under his leadership, Crystal Mountain has consolidated its position as one of the most recognizable resort hotels in Poland, earning prestigious accolades such as the Perfect SPA Award and the MP Power Award.
He specializes in operational management, developing sales strategies, and establishing high guest service standards. In his work, he combines a deep understanding of hotel operations with a business perspective and a long-term approach to team and brand development.

A manager with many years of experience in strategic management, restructuring, and corporate governance. He has led government agencies and higher education institutions. He specializes in operational and investment management within the tourism, hospitality, and real estate industries.
Since June 2026, he has served as the President of the Management Board of the Polish Hotel Holding (PHH), having previously held the position of Board Member from November 2025.
In the years 2022–2025 and 2007–2016, he served as the President of the Polish Tourism Organisation, managing the government agency, co-drafting legal acts regarding tourism and hospitality, implementing EU programs, and coordinating major image campaigns and international events. He also sat on the Board of Directors of the European Travel Commission, where he was responsible for strategic planning at the European level.
He served as the Vice-Rector of the Vistula School of Hospitality. From 2016 to 2019, as Hotel Projects Manager at the Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN), he supervised and managed the group's hotels. He further developed his career as, among others, the Deputy Director of the Organization and Human Resources Office at the Ministry of Health (responsible for internal control and office reorganization), an expert in the Marketing and Promotion Office of Poczta Polska S.A., and a Director at the Office of Physical Culture and Tourism.
He graduated from the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, as well as an Executive MBA program conducted in cooperation with the Rotterdam School of Management. He also completed studies in Real Estate Management and Real Estate Brokerage at Lazarski University.
He has participated in numerous specialized training sessions and courses, including those on public finance discipline, public procurement law, and strategic business planning. He has extensive experience serving on supervisory boards, including those of the Warsaw Chamber of Commerce, Nadwiślańska Agencja Turystyczna, and the Polish Agency for Tourism Development.

A graduate in tourism from the University of Physical Education in Kraków. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Research and Higher Studies in Tourism (IREST) at the Sorbonne. He is the Dean of the Faculty at the University College of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka and a specialist in tourism policy and tourism marketing.
From 1996 to 2008, he served as the Director of the Polish Tourist Information Centre in Paris, and subsequently as the Vice President of the Polish Tourism Organisation, where he was responsible for marketing strategy in foreign markets. He coordinated strategic projects within the Tourism Department of the Kraków City Hall. He is a member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce of the Polish Hotel Industry (IGHP) and the Chairman of the Tourism Council to the Minister of Sport and Tourism.

He is the President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Polish Hotel Industry (IGHP), representing the interests of hoteliers at the local, national, and EU levels. IGHP membership includes nearly 700 hotels from various regions of Poland, as well as HORECA market suppliers and educational institutions for the tourism industry. IGHP is a member of HOTREC, an umbrella association of hotels, restaurants, and cafes in Europe, and an associate member of the Hotelstars Union (HSU).
Furthermore, he is a member of the Council of the Polish Tourism Organisation and a member of the Tourism Council.
From 1991 to 2020, he served as the Vice President of the Management Board of Orbis S.A. He participated in the execution of numerous projects related to the restructuring and disposal of the company's non-strategic assets. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (formerly SGPiS) and completed the Professional Development Program at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca (USA).
